The association Eberswalder Gartenbahnfreunde e.V. is located in the heart of the Familiengarten Eberswalde. On an area of 370 m², a lovingly designed garden railway layout is presented, where numerous different trains run their rounds. A special highlight is the largest pocket watch in the world, which also features a railway.
The association is dedicated to outdoor model railways with the goal of bringing the fascination of railways closer especially to children and young people and offering them meaningful leisure activities.
Various activities promote interest in technology, creativity, and teamwork. The layout provides families with an exciting and educational attraction in the Familiengarten.
